As a crazed young 'hack', out on a mission today, I dropped into McDonalds, and ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and Medium Fries...having just read your little chart, in the space of fifteen minutes I consumed 809 calories...I am disgusted with myself, that is almost half of my total daily intake.

I have a fondness for Marks and Spencer's Squeelingly Fizzy Piglets, and one of those is 16 calories. The list made me giggle though...

I started off by thinking, "No he couldn't possibly have eaten all that today, could he?"

Having looked more carefully, I realise that you wouldn't have. But only because I know that there are at least 3 things on that list that you wouldn't consume. At least 3. How many?

No, I didn't eat any of those today, which may be just as well given the huge calorific total I might have amassed.

But yes, there are 4 things on that list that I wouldn't ever eat, and I'm pleased to see that most of them are at the high end of the list too.

The 4th must be either the coffee or peanuts. Probably the former? Unless the other 3 are wrong...

Fabulous that Guinness has fewer calories than Walkers Crisps! Never did eat many crisps anyway. Now it'll be none at all.
