Yes, creme eggs! They have the advantage of being appropriate for Easter too, but they're a bit trickier to deal with than the fairy lights when you tread on them accidentally. |

Am I not the only one to notice that both creme eggs and hot cross buns were on sale from - well probably before new years day? The HCBs that I bought had a best before date of 8th Jan - so not that near Easter then. But ..... there's nothing to beat having the Christmas tree lights on and nothing else when everyone else has gone to bed, and just trying to recall Christmas as a child - before you realised what was really going on. |

I couldn't actually believe it when I saw an ad on TV (I never usually watch the channels with ads on so the satellite dish that Q bought is pretty useless to me) for Creme Eggs. Are Christmas presents advertised shortly after Easter? |
