I think we were quite far off. Once I had used my guess, I tried to make a google my map of the possible area using all the following guesses, ending up with a blob covering South Croydon, Shirley and Purley that was full of green spaces and golf courses. Plus, Purley Beeches doesn't show up as green on Google Maps, for some reason.
