Nothing listed in the within-the-gyratory entrance of Hanger Lane, which is now the wrong place for shops but could be an office or possibly light industry. Do TfL use it for storage perhaps?
Fascinating - being grounded clearly isn't stopping you coming up with the most stimulating reporting in London; keep up the good work, DG
With the best will in the world, the suggestion of a groovy coffee shop in the grubby ticket hall of Oxford Circus tube station is not an enticing one. Covid aside, anything edible I buy in a kiosk like that needs to be wrapped and sealed.
Given how long some of these that I know personally have been empty, I do wonder if TfL is asking for too much rent. Better to get the units occupied for a lower income than stand empty.

That description for the old station building at Angel is marvellously vague and lazy! All buildings are ultimately "temporary in nature".
Don't shops have to have access to a toilet for staff, with full disability access? Units in underground stations may be allowed to use the TfL staff toilet, but in most stations would that satisfy the full access requirement?
That "temporary" structure at Angel is intriguing. I cannot imagine how it was allowed, being so ugly, despoiling the original facade and blocking the pavement. What was it used for and what future purpose could it possibly have ? It also appears to have a lot of asbestos.
If they remain empty then it's pretty obvious TFL are charging too much. Probably waiting for a rich chain to take them rather than encouraging small independent businesses. This greedy policy is gradually making London a less interesting place to live.
Bob L-S's comment reminds me of the one currently vacant at Stratford where the previous owners were prosecuted for slave labour when the unfortunate employee was (amongst other things) only allowed to go to the toilet twice a day.

Regarding the cost, I don't know much about these things, but TFL are asking in excess of £77.5k pa or a percentage of turnover.
Isn't that Angel building only there as it's an emergency exit from the station?
I'm surprised it hasn't been rebuilt into something larger and more "commercial", as the old station was hardly an architectural masterpiece
'Retail intrusions' - so pithy, yet so apt. Another cracking description that sums up my thoughts and feelings about it all perfectly DG!
I'm surprised at some of the rents asked, although I suppose I shouldn't be.

The place for rent at Colliers Wood is one I know. A pokey hole that used to be the GSM's office after he moved from the (equally pokey) office in Morden station. Don't know what Colliers Wood was used for after they regrouped and did away with his job.
The unit at Victoria D&C ticket hall might not have water and drainage but they still sell cups of tea and heat up samosa. It's quite handy for buying a snack for the train home. I'd rather it didn't get taken over by something pricier and/or less useful to travellers.
I miss the useful shops at Embankment, rather than the fripperies which replaced them.
I've never seen that space at Charing Cross Underground Station filled.

It's an opening to the left of the ticket barriers at the main entrance to the underground (not the Traf Sq or Strand entrances).
I thought TFL had sold off all their Arches, producing widespread fear among the Tenants that they would get swingeing increases in rents.
