Saw the Hamptons on BBC London News a couple of weeks ago. It was a piece about a group of residents getting together to ready rooms in their community for Ukrainian refugees to come and live in. I was perplexed then by where in London looked like that, the architecture seemed so unfamiliar - so thanks for solving the mystery.
I quite look the look of those houses (if not the flammability)
“Internal works to all blocks have involved stripping back plasterboard to expose the joints between sheets of plasterboard on some walls and ceilings. These joints and any areas where services penetrate fire rated walls are being filled, and this is still ongoing. … For the safety of contractors and to ensure work can be carried out, during works please: …ensure that there are no illegal drugs or paraphernalia in the property …do not leave raw meat out while work is taking place….”

When I moved to Herne Hill in 2009 we needed a new sofa, so found one off gumtree in that Worcester Park development. Had never heard of it before, it's very strange and one of the last things you would expect to see in suburban SW London
