I also went to The Olympic Journey yesterday, but in the morning so I only queued for 3 minutes. I only went to get my photo taken with the torch but although I was unimpressed by the ancient Greeks and Baron de Coubertin, I enjoyed the torches through the years and the medals through the years. Everyone there didn't like the 2012 logo on the London medal.
I hope to go to this, I've told a friend, who doesn't read dg (yes, there are such people) and she says she'll definitely go
It's well worth clicking on the "with class" link to the chariot race re-creation. Ancient Greece brought to life for just a few seconds.
I went this afternoon and it was an interesting experience. Not too much information to read (which is just as well as I find it difficult to read captions when there are sound commentaries on at the same time), and I would have liked a little more coverage, but very tastefully done.

I got there at about 1650 and including the queue was out by just after 1800.

My favourite section was the world map opposite the torches, showing the routes of some of the torch relays.
