I was saying as much yesterday - Himself has the first signs of dodgy knees and I read somewhere about some herbal supplement that was great for prevention of arthritic joints. When I finally found it it cost £29.99 for 30 tablets! He can click away for that kind of money!

Now I know some herbal remedies work, but there's definitely a lot of over-priced homeopathic placebos out there. I'm sure I'll be returning to this topic at a later date...

You can buy 1 litre of OJ + a pint of milk (which probably contains more than 0.1g of calcium) for less than 78p in some shops(eg Lidl, Aldi).
Just a thought.

If people stopped eating fast food and overly-processed nutritionally dubious ready-meals, most of them wouldn't need to spend fortunes on dietary supplements......

But, there is a lot to be said for alternative medicines and natural healing. I look forward to your version.
