WOW. Did not know this was happening. After all my years of living in the park this is pretty much the last bit of it that've I've never been to. Truly the Olympic Park's last great wilderness!

The walkways have been switched to allow the bridge over the WaterWorks river to be replaced - it’s meant to be open by November 2025.
This has to happen before any building work on the proposed apartment blocks can start - but we’ve also heard that though they have planning permission for these, they’re going back to the drawing board to make them more dense/make more money. |
