Live just behind Maryland Station. Hoping that the vaunted upgrade before 2019 will mean that you will be able to post a slightly more life enhancing photo of the station at some point in the future. It's a great transport link for us but boy is it seedy!
Merry Christmas DG
Thanks for all the posts,DG. Seasonal felicitations to you!
Have a kool Yule.
Happy Christmas DG.
Happy Christmas. Where would we be without you? Quirkier than ever as the years go by. Today's posting is a classic. Cheers
Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas, DG, and an interesting new year xx
Merry Christmas DG.
Your story leaves us on a ciffhanger: what happened next?

(And how will you illustrate it?)
have a happy Christmas DG ... love your post today
Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas, and a full and exciting New Year.
Have a great Christmas, DG. Looking forward to accounts of your journeyings in the New Year.
Enjoy your Christmas DG and a very Happy New Year to you and yours - thanks for all the great posts this year (especially those that are transport related)
Very tasteful - and appropriate in a DG sort of way.

Have a Happy Crimbo !
Try getting away with that story next week after the annual office party !
Thank you for another interesting year (and wow, you came to Ladywell!)
Lovely post!

Happy Christmas to DG and all his readers; and a contented and peaceful New Year too.
Merry Christmas one and all
Merry Christmas,DG!
Re Joan's comment; my impression of Maryland in 1979 was in estate-agent speak 'full of character'. Near the station someone seemed to be keeping a horse in their back garden.

Have a great Christmas and New Year, DG, and many thanks for all the posts.
Merry Christmas, DG. Hope you're on the rattler up to East Anglia to enjoy a Christmas with Family. Thanks for another fine year of writing; I don't know how you do it. Looking forward to the end of year quiz!
It's many years since I last passed through and it's interesting to hear that it hasn't changed much and that at least one part of Stratford has yet to be gentrified.
