Aha...

Well, it's a lovely day for it! Or was an hour or so ago, looks to have clouded over a bit since.

Hey Dg,I read always your blog,me and a friend of mine have an idea for the next summer,to go follow the Thames path and enjoy the "walk" for miles taking stops in different inns and pubs..
do you have some suggestions for us pls?
cheers

"random borough" - those words always give me a little thrill.

Random borough surfing! An interesting concept!?!

The thames path is amazing, but on day three you've gotta go for about 14 miles without passing a pub from what I remember!

Where will dg land next...

I'm a Brent bod born and raised and I'm glad you managed to enjoy my little corner of London without getting mugged. If you ever visit again you might try the following delights.
1. Little Ben, the clock in the middle of Harlesden.
2. Melorse Avenue, Willesden - home of a serial killing Canibal in the early 1980s.
3. Roundwood Park - and extreemly beautiful Victorian Park complete with Avery, tea room and wishing well.
