Sorry but find the last verse to be in very bad taste.
At our worst when at our chippiest, as Tony Blair almost said.
Ha! Channelling Frankie Boyle in that final verse!
Sorry @Lynn I find the third verse the most relevant. And to avoid real bad taste his close friendship with the Bishop of Gloucester and a well know DJ aren't mentioned.
Hear hear - DG for the next poet laureate!
Aside from any question of taste, the rhyme in the first two lines of the last verse is simply awful.
I thought the last verse quite accurate. I was never a fan of Di - but she has certainly been forgotten as the family circus has rolled on and I do think that Charles treated her terribly.
Not very accurate though, as it was the divorce in 1996, not Henri Paul's mistake a year later, that left Charles free to marry again.

(Although it would be a further seven years until he did so).
Tasteless - undoubtedly. But none the worse for that. Tastelessness definitely has its place.
I laughed my head off!!
Well done, but there goes your knighthood!
I've heard he makes very nice biscuits...
