Am I too late to order?
I'll definitely be ordering this. 'for a friend' of course...
Looks like it’s sold out already.
Are deliveries in an unmarked brown wrapper?
Genius. A bit pricey though. Might wait until I can pick it up for £1 in one of those leftover bookshops.

Greenline, you say? Ah yes I remember the heady days of the 799 to Bishop's Stortford. My own personal favourite annectdote of the route was turning up about this time of year to catch the service in the opposite direction from South Cambridgeshire to find the bus being driven by none other than Father Christmas.
Take my money. I said TAKE MY MONEY!!!!
I should imagine that a startlingly high proportion of your readers would in fact purchase this in all earnestness if it were available.
Looking forward to your appearance on "The One Show" sofa, beside the other 'authors' with books flooding the Christmas market.
I had forgotten how upset people got in the comments of Chapter 3 about the posts on Bus Stop M.
M-arvellous!!!
Don't bother buying this book, with a bit of copy & paste you can print it all off as a loverly A5 Coffee table booklet. Remember to use a sheet of photo paper for that fantastic cover picture. I might try it on Christmas Day if they is nothing to watch on the telly.
What about possible spin offs? Have the film rights been sold yet? What about - M the musical!
Oh, too late to order for C*******s! The perils of sleeping in! 😡
You so could do this, if you wanted, with one of those print on demand websites.
Will there be a special bus stop M collectors edition?
Pre-ordered. Need.
DG at his best!!! Brilliant post - oh the drama re-lived!

Though my first reaction when seeing the picture was "Noooo! They haven't pulled down Bus Stop M have they?"

Such is the icon it has become.
Which famous actor is lined up for the audio book?

Apparently a representative from M&Ms offered to sponsor the book, but got short shrift.
I'll only buy a personally signed copy.
Just received a review copy, thanks. Wow, there's a photo of DG on the flyleaf.
Put me down for three at once!
Any plans for a book signing?

Maybe some signed copies could be made available to regular readers of diamond geezer.
I’ve missed your bus stop M updates more than I realised.
So is "The Dangleway Chronicles" pencilled in for release next Christmas?
Looks like I will have to wait to pick one up on e-bay! Wonder how much they will go for?
Someone should tidy up that litter in the pic.

dg writes: Someone did.
I'm VERY interested in the rights for this
...a marketing failure i thinks. too late and overpriced.
The next edition (for such a popular book will inevitably be reprinted) will need a Forward. In view of its transport connection, and remembering the numbering of an additional platform at Kings Cross, the Forward will be called Chapter 0.
The Secretary of State for Transport has already indicated that he is willing to write Chapter 0. Mr Grayling said "Of course, I'm not in charge of bus stops, but they seem quite a good idea for ordinary people who don't have ministerial cars"
I think DG's next volume should be entitled "Train Indicators I have watched"!
LOLsville! Thanks.

Here's the Xmas gift you'll want to get for yourself: an Elizabeth Line wooden train! So part of the line has launched on time.
