And all free to read and enjoy; thanks a million. The photos are the icing on the cake.
You should get out more! :-)
Thanks for some interesting content.
What a deliciously varied menu you serve us—thank you.

Coming across "headbutter", my first thought was something related to what Americans call "head cheese" (and we would call brawn, or, in my Scottish wife's case, pottit heid). Then I remembered...
Very many thanks for such an insightful and enjoyable reading year. May you continue to provide the much looked forward words in the year(s) to come. All the very best for 2025!
Stafford link goes to Gloucester.

dg writes: fixed thanks
Wow, what great value we all enjoy here. Thanks.

Already revisited the LCY-LHR race and Gail’s write up. Places to go now, will return later.
An analysis of how many clicks are triggered to each page today could be revealing about the DG readership (but please disregard one for Breaking News alerts; my finger slipped).
Todays blog is pretty much a definition of eclectic. It leaves me in awe of your creativity. So like everyone else many thanks for all the hard work and miles you must have put in.
For me the most interesting post was "10 Centuries in 1 Day".

As per my previous comment, this fascinating trawl through history is yet another showcase of what London has to offer. Thank you.
I’m still hoping we might get a New Year’s post from Limpsfield.
Another year of amazing content that you have shared with us. Thank you!
I have renewed my subscription; thanks for not increasing the price for 2025.
Many thanks as always.
And a Happy New Year to you.

Funnily enough, although I read you 365 (or 366!) days a year, I had no recollection of the "dg Q&A". It was great (for the 2nd time??)!!
To answer Andrew's question about the link getting the most clicks today, depressingly it's 'sex'.
An enormous amount of work, time and effort, that would be unthinkable for the majority of us. A catalogue for us to savour and one that you should be proud of.

More buses/bus routes please!
I’m not falling for it… I’m not falling for it. I spent a whole year reading these articles. I’m not going to read them again… That look interesting, forgot about that…
Many thanks for all your blogging. Brilliant!
...Small Rivers - Yeading Brook?
Thank you Mr Pepys.
Although he didn't even get to 10 years.
The Wombles should obviously be the theme of the next Abba Voyager
I don't remember DGq&a either, and I should since Fountains Abbey and Rosebery Topping are among the few places on that list that I've been to, and often at that. Both well worth a visit. Do come north next year.
Once again, thanks for a year of excellent and thought-provoking writing, and all the best for the next umpteen.
Nedd
Thank you for this and for all your hard work. An outstanding and astounding body of work.
