What is an "of whole" and why do they get free croquetas this week?
Workmen have finally been spotted at the 'emergency' Thames Water repairs in Trafalgar Road, Greenwich.
The temporary traffic lights had broken allowing traffic to move freely in both directions.
After successfully repairing the lights the workmen disappeared and traffic reverted to a one mile queue in either direction.
