About those Z's

Museum of Zoology, does that count?
The Grant Museum in UCL?

dg writes: I think that counts, thanks.

Presumably you won't count everything starting with 'London' under L so may I suggest the London Canal Museum in a few weeks. I was there only yesterday http:/

musings.html
. Closed on Mondays.

You've probably found it already but a good list (that you could perhaps augment during your mission) at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/

According to that, you could visit the Young's Brewery...

Here's one for F. The Fan Museum at Greenwich. It's located at Crooms Hill which runs right down the side of Greenwich Park.
(For years I had a belief that a particular gate - just near the museum - that connects the park on to this hill, was the one the daughter runs through when she has a strop and gets herself hit by a car in the film Sunday Bloody Sunday.
I never been 100\\% sure, and maybe part of my reason for thinking it comes from knowing Glenda Jackson used to live at Blackheath)

The Young's Brewery idea was far far better than anything I was going to suggest.

dg writes: I think Young's Brewery in Wandsworth closed down a couple of years ago.

Synchronicity rules, it seems: seen this week's Time Out, dg?

dg writes: Oh yes. Good list too. And I've only been to half of them.

I was going to suggest Forty Hall for F, but it seems you've already been.

For W, there's the Whitewebbs Museum of Transport in that bit of Enfield that's actually pretty much Hertfordshire territory, though you'll have until November to think about that if I've worked it all out correctly.

Hmmm. Here's another one for ya (just inside the M25)

M is for... Mosquito

Looks like this week's Time Out had a similar idea after you! Though without the actual A-Z criteria.
