I'll mention London gin (a legally defined type) before someone else does.
I doubt anyone else will mention it, because it's not a place.
London Road in Wembley does not lead to London, it js a no through road at right angles to the Harrow Road which comes from London.

It parallels the West Coast Main Line, which does go to London. but Lindon Road does nit go to London.
Until Twickenham bridge was built in 1933 the most direct route from Twickenham to London was via Brentford. The road towards Brentford is still called London Road, even though it crosses what is now the most direct route (the Great Chertsey Road) at right angles.
And the West Coadst Main line doesn't go to the West Coast !
While never part of London itself, London Colney is probably close enough to have an honourable mention.
The West Coast Main Line passes within sight of the west coast (Morecambe Bay) at Hest Bank near Lancaster.

The ECML doesn't come in sight of the coast until Alnmouth.

If you count tidal rivers, the WCML crosses the Ribble at Preston, tje Eden at Carlisle, and the Clyde at Glasgow. The ECML only crossesthe tidal Tyne.
