As a teenager I used to cycle round this area, exploring. I would have called the district Cranley Gardens, after the station, rather than Fortis Green, which was further north, I thought.

Fortis Greenn is between *East Finchley* and Muswell Hill. Finchley is a separate area.

We visited the Co-Housing site in Barnet last year which includes 8 social housing one-bedroom flats and 17 leasehold 2-3 bed flats. It was based on an example of Danish community living and extremely well done.
