Calculating the shortest route between all boroughs would be a form of the Travelling Salesman problem (although that would require you to return home afterwards) and is "Hard" in computational terms
I can see my old office on the last photo :)
Living further out, during lockdown at the start of the year, I did see how many boroughs I could visit in an afternoon walk from my home, not using public transport.

I got up to 5 - Barnet, Camden, Haringey, Islington and Hackney - and 6 - Barnet, Camden, Westminster, Ken & Chelsea, Ham & Fulham and Brent.

These could easily have been extended a bit to cover other boroughs, looking at the map.
If I was to be the pedant that points out that the City isn't a borough (which I know you know), would you award yourself a Creme Egg?

I really am only saying it for that reason.
No, I'd merely refer you to dozens of previous comments on the subject.

Ever since the City of London went into my jamjar in 2004, this blog has always pretended it's a borough for reasons of simplicity and under-pedantry.
Well that's one way to keep warm on a cold day!
You really did choose the best place to live!
