Don't know whether this is a coincidence or not, or whether it is only in Safari on Mac OSX, but today your text font has changed to Times, and you have acquired a standard blogger Search/Report Abuse/Next Blog line at the top of the page. I'll send you a screengrab by email.

Charles, the text font hasn't changed in IE but I do have the line at the top, half obscuring DG's heading. Perhaps we should notify Blogger about objectionable content.

Well, I don't know whether it was my post or not, but now it seems to be fixed. Backed to its usual Verdana -- much nicer!

Ganching, no - there was an even briefer post about do(ugh)nuts, and liking them better with or without holes, a good four or five years back. (a DG classic, really...)

Anyway, let's hope this is resolved soon. The stuff that is published here certainly deserves a greater life expectancy than a fortnight or so!
