Is this some kind of test to see if we were paying attention?
This content seems very familiar.
In Australia and New Zealand the Michaelmas Daisy is known as the Easter Daisy. Figures.
I think dg is doing a Coleen Rooney - testing to see which sites copy their info from here.
Truth is boringer than fiction.
Further perusal of Wikipedia reveals that the daisy is a type of Aster, rather than vice versa. This has turned my world upside down.
Excellent brace of posts. Can we have a follow up next week when you list all the lazy social media sites that quote yesterday's post verbatim?
Despite what many of you are suggesting, other media sites very rarely source their material here.
Ahem, is this repetition something to do with an increase in your age?
It happens to a lot of us………or have I told you that already? 😉 |
I think the thing is that yesterday dg had the wrong day.
I already lost you at the first version...
The 28th was my sister's birthday and I excitedly sent her that post as I'd never known what Michaelmas was, let alone that it fell on her birthday. Do I need to send a retraction?
dg writes: sorry, yes. |
Boy do I feel silly now
