Asda, Govan, Glasgow: actually 24 hours. (Except for Christmas week, when they give their staff a bit of a break - I was once there on Hogmanay and making the 'store closing' announcement was clearly a bit of a novelty, as different people were taking it in turns to do it)
You say 10-4 used to be a thing, but Kingston's opening hours (all shops, not just Bentalls, have been 11-5 ever since Sunday trading was introduced.

(Except today, when it's 11:02 - 5:00)
Our local Tesco (outside London) has changed its hours today from 10-4 to 1-6
Barnsley Poundland 09:30-15:30

I assume that the Barnsley Poundland has a floor area under 280m², otherwise they're breaking the Sunday Trading Act.
Sainsburys can't make its Sunday hours mind up in E17. Big store at the Billet 1000-1600, smaller store on the High St 1100-1700. Never quite understood why they've kept the different hours.
longer sunday trading hours in Scotland do seem to have not caused the world to end.

I'd give retail workers the right to nominate, when signing their contract, a day of the week that they can neither be asked to work nor can ever opt to work, thus allowing anyone with a Sabbath to protect it.
Where's Lewisham Shopping Centre in the 11-5 section?
PC: so the early birds can go to the High Street, and the later crowd can have an extra hour at the Billet store?

I'm still annoyed that the little Morrisons Local we had near Bakers Arms didn't get the hang of stocking the basics (ie milk and bread) on a Sunday morning and evening - ie when the big Tesco wasn't allowed to be open. It's no wonder they didn't last a year...
