i) I haven't needed to go to an RM Customer Service Point since January, they left parcels outside my door even when I was not in, and signed items are put into my postbox. I am very satisfied with the way things are.

iii) This is quite a British thing really, it must have some historical explanation. In other countries, parks just end at their edges without any obstacle.
