For me, Wellington, New Zealand, 41°17'S, beats Sydney by about 8 degrees.

Has anyone been to Puerto Williams, in Tierra del Fuego, which is nearly 55°S?

But I see Mike has been to Port Lockroy, Antarctica, which is nearly 65°S.
