Schools and colleges in my borough are doing surge testing of all students aged 11+ (and strongly urging their families, carers to do so too) next week before half term because the Indian variant is showing to be most prevalent among that age group!
Who'd have thought it! Unvaccinated youths mixing freely all day then riding the bus home without even wearing face masks!
