That's an insane number of CCTVs ! Great website though, love the intro video.
#19. I love that TfL care so much. I wonder who the lucky person is!
That is an amusing apostrophe. I'd love to think the site has a subversive rather than ill educated writer.
The customer is the sponsor, Emirates Airline.

Is anyone watching the footage from any of those 13,000 CCTV cameras? How many? If not, then they are only of use as evidence after the event. Assuming the quality good enough. Blurry images of indistinct people doing something indefinite are not much use to anyone, and (pace CSI) on the whole you can't create pixels. Yes, I feel much safer. Not.
Who said the owl was 'endearing'?, did TfL have a 'consultation' as to the status of said owl?, if so, was non-endearing an option, did they ask the owl, or did they deem it as lacking mental capacity?
"spillage": what a fine euphemism
"Spillage". Nice. Guess they're expecting the Night Tube to attract much the same clientèle as the night buses then.

Also, is the reason they're not amending the Central line announcements because they'd have to rehire Emma Clarke?
As an occasional user of some night buses, I can confirm that "spillage" is /not/ a widespread feature. But good to know that they are catering for its (hopefully) rarish occurrence.
I wonder if the cleaning teams feel strategic. We'll see "spillages" occur on trains, then cleaners bursting in at the next station. A few stops later, they will get off and it'll be like nothing ever happened.
Why aren't they changing the Central line announcements ?
