It's surprisingly hard to find any the design & access documents for the Bridgewater neighbourhood, but the master plan architect's website intriguingly features a photo of clients & residents right next to the long-locked-up subway from City Mill river under the Greenway, suggesting it at least go some thought in developing the future plans: rcka.co.uk/bridgewater

I just added the closed tunnel to Open Street Map, so maybe that will help the possibility of reopening one day...
