I was going to comment on how desolate that nearby industrial estate is, but now that I know there's a pinball arcade buried in it I'll hold my tongue.

It's about 2 miles from my house to the Purley Way walking up along the Wandle, so I regularly go by there. And usually slum it back on the bus.
