Thanks for waiting patiently for a double-deck 425 to come into the Mile End Road picture,dg. I recall an historian talking in front of camera about the Peasants' Revolt on TV from the Green Bridge- so it has had some use.

I think the idea of the Green Bridge has been misunderstood. I thought the intention was to enable wildlife to travel further safely and thus ensure greater diversity and therefore a healthier population. A narrower bridge would have been offputing for Mr. Fox and friends.
