Well, it was fun while it lasted! |
I was actually getting a bit addicted to it, and refreshed the page regularly, eagerly awaiting a fresh batch of answered questions!! Thanks for answering one of mine. Yes, it was a good run. |
Wouldn't be totally surprised if the "favourite" questions were formspring plants. |
But ... what about the kittens??? (cannot work out how to put the flag in there so just take it as read)
And what was your favourite formspring question? |
Was your short-lived flirtation with Formspring the result of an enthusiastic PR email asking "influential bloggers to generate some buzzz" (irony flag)? |
Novaelius - I suspect it had more to do with the twits on Twitter. Interestingly, it was in the US that it 'broke' first (not unexpected, given that it's a US registered company running it, I suspect as an info harvesting exercise), and looking at US Formspringers, most of them gave it up midweek, and, as far as I can make out from a quick bit of clicking around, a few in the UK picked it up on Wednesday, and it grew (or grew it, I'm not sure which) from there. |
Actually, I suspect at least some of the kitten questions were a deliberate attempt to wind you up (coff). Obviously, this worked. |
