My local supermarket has more than doubled the number of self service checkouts, also the majority are card only, so if you're not in the 'banked class' you feel like a second class citizen.
Actually witnessed traffic congestion on Friday, I do wonder if they'll be a point where most people conclude that they themselves aren't really at much risk health wise, and just stop bothering with all the restrictions. This eviction ban extension just applies to England, as Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland have already extended the ban on evictions. |
