Regarding highest points by Borough .. I lived for 10 years at 8 Hornsey lane which was definitely Islington ( well that’s who took my council tax !)… and I think that is just a bit higher than the junction mentioned. We were also the last 0207 landline.. over the road was Haringey and therefore 0208. Hope that proves useful as a fine tuning of the location.
