(only tell us if you solved the puzzle, not how)

My first attempt at the puzzle uses mirror images. I don’t know if that counts.
It can be done without using mirror images.
Done it. The last one proved to be the hardest.
Ah. Just realised mine used mirror images. Will try again

Done.
I must admit I had more fun with yesterday's carol quiz! |

Yes

Had to use my brain for today's one. No too difficult if you happen to have a mind that suits these shape puzzles.
Yesterday I found a webpage list of 100 Carols, pasted it into an editor and used a regex to remove everything except vowels. Less than a minute but not in the DG/quiz spirit. I only posted an answer when it looked like we weren't going to get it the proper way. |

Twixtmas: My daughter works in retail. Having read this she is now considering an office job!
My most important pre-Christmas task is to slowly empty the freezer to make room for enough Christmas and New Year nibbles to satisfy a houseful of young men! |

I got them! I had to draw on a screenshot for the last one but it was pretty satisfying once solved.
done, yes .. the last one was the *easiest* because as soon as you're told you can't use a rectangle, there's only one shape it can be!
[ too many hours spent playing Tetris ... ] |

Finally managed the puzzle.
