I've been following these walks on the maps (before, then and after), thanks for providing the links. A question and a note...

What is this thing called "Stratford City"? Surely it can't have city status before it is even built!

I see that carpenter's Road is/was the A115. Knowing the wiles of SatNav, I imagine that there are a collection of confused travellers blocking the junctions wondering why their route has a locked gate across it and with no idea where to go instead.
