Are the Tiggers polling so low that they're not even in the margin of error?

On the day, the Tiggers will have some advantage from being the first party on the ballot papers, which all seem to be printed in alphabetical order.
A link to some YouGov London polling numbers here. "Don't know" and "would not vote" remain popular options - each substantially more so than the raw numbers for most parties except Labour and Brexit. Change UK is above the noise, but polling a few percent behind the Conservatives, so on that basis just an outside chance of one seat in London.
Hi,

Could you explain "Technically nobody from the bottom half of the list is going to get elected" further? I'm sure I'm missing something but if a party gets 100% of the vote, won't they get all 8 seats? (Obviously a party is not going to get 100% but technically, they could.)

Thanks

I'm keen for Labour's total to stop at ZERO, given how Labour votes in the 2017 general election were portrayed as being for a brexit-supporting party.

For us remainers who live in the shires, this guide is useful.
A few 'MPs' which should be 'MEPs' in there, DG.

Already done my postal vote. Voted Green, primarily for their environmental stance but also strong Remain credentials. There is also a strong link between these 2 factors - we're more likely to be able to make the necessary changes to limit impact of climate change as part of a larger bloc like EU, which whatever its other faults, has a v strong track record on the environment (compare and contrast with likes of Russia, Australia, US, etc). Hoping that with the recent local election success Greens can pick up another EU seat or 2 across the country
Been getting lots of flyers through the letter box. Fascinating to find the Lib Dems didn't get a London MEP last time. Something picked up by this veteran BBC news man who now he's retired can express an opinion.
This vote is going to be an interesting one and, I suspect, possibly one with a poor turnout.

As a LEAVEr, how do I vote?
Do I vote for a party that supports Brexit (and I assume will have no interest in the EU if we do end up staying in)?
or
Do I vote for an anti Brexit party on the basis that if we do end up staying in they might give a better representation when all is over, even though it goes against my Brexit wishes?

As I'm not able to specifically vote for a representative that has the same views as me, this particular EU election seems to be a farce and for once will be an election that isn't really about political parties.

I will vote, as I think everyone should exercise their right to do so, but who for? Libs (who I supported for nearly 40 years) are definitely a no-no with their anti-Brexit stance and being unable to accept the referendum result. I would never vote for Ukip. It will probably be a lucky dip amongst the remaining contenders!
Still quite possible that we will not leave the EU (and, that's a desirable thing in itself).
So I think everyone should - but many will not - vote solely for a party who takes their responsibilities of representation seriously. Ignore all the crap and flak.
Exceptions might be where you have an existing blue or red MEP who has shown a real commitment to the position - despite their party being ambivalent.
Spoilt papers and voting for a wrecker should not be anyones preferred option.
election leaflets arrived in the following order:

Brexit Party - addressed
a week later
Labour Party - unaddressed
a week later
UKIP - addressed
Green Party - unaddressed
ChUK/TIG - unaddressed

no sign of Lib Dems or Conservatives
Today we got a flyer from the Volt party. Apparantly they are a "progressive pan-European party" standing in 8 countries. Their founder is a candidate in London.
No Volt party listed on my London ballot paper. We did have this lot to choose from though.

Animal Welfare Party
Change UK
Conservative and Unionist Party
Green Party
Labour Party
Liberal Democrats
The Brexit Party
UK European Union Party (UKEUP)
UK Independence Party (UKIP)
Women's Equality Party
Independents x 10
And 1 with no party shown.
Still no communications from Conservatives or Lib Dems. Perhaps they're waiting until the last minute in the hope of persuading any "don't know"s. Unusual for the Lib Dems, because there's normally a constant stream of paper from them through the door whenever there was an election.
Actual result: ❁ ❁ ❁ ❁ ❁ ❁ ❁

As predicted, except one extra Lib Dem and no Conservatives.
