You have done us a great service by summarising all the waffle in she very large pack of papers.
It’s a real shame the 4G pilot is not being extended. It works really well.
I am unclear what "devolution of services from Moorgate to Hertford North/Welwyn Garden City/Stevenage (if permitted)" means (and whether TfL will be taking over the Northern City line again).
not even mentioned: The Croxley Link
I have seen HS2 timeline of 2029 Old Oak Common and 2033 Euston
anon at 8:11: it means exactly what you've translated it as- TfL taking over responsibility (from the DfT) for those services, be that running it in-house or as a concession (ie similar to/part of Overground)
I wonder when they'll announce the next Crossrail delay.
No mention of rebuilding Camden Town station and splitting the Northern line.

I still miss the defunct London Connections website.
Wondering about the 4G now not occurring if this is to do with the Emergency Services Network rollout also be a shambles.

dg writes: No. See page 93.

With a downturn in passengers and not knowing when it will return to normal, I doubt any mobile operators would take on the work and costs
4LM: I think the Uxbridge branch of the Metropolitan line has been dropped too. Originally this was going to be the first part to be done, and all the necessary lineside cable supports installed about ten years ago.
Not clear whether 'crossrail central section' includes the Canary Wharf branch or through trains at Paddington.
It'll be good to have Essex Road and Drayton Park back in their rightful place on the Tube map.
No mention of Crossrail 2. I’ve noticed there’s still a few of my former colleagues working on it but seems down to a skeleton staff.
Coffin dodger: I enjoy Londonreconnections.com. They've just published their annual Christmas quiz.
I'd forgotten that Crossrail had managed to skip yet another year to 2022. Amazing that the Bank station upgrade could be opened at a similar time, as that's a massively complicated project in itself
2024/5 Silvertown tunnel. Fat chance.
The step-free update (and so possibly others?) is I think rather more for the committee's interest in terms of spending the money than us as potential users, as it lumps together in one project stations where work will be finished at rather different times. Amersham in particular sounds like it will open pretty soon barring any unforeseen problems. HOTH on the other hand seems to have been going on forever but is nowhere near finished.
As a WGC train user, not sure I want TfL to take over from GN - not sure I see that they will care for users beyond the London boundary.
