The current government and media shaming of the public is totally outrageous. They're targeting people taking part in relatively low-risk activities, to deliberately distract from the fact that so many are being sent back to work (even estate agents, office jobs!) and often not self-isolating, because they can't survive on the measly support package.
It's a thin cover-up of the government's abject failure – depressingly, one that almost all mainstream media outlets seem to be lapping up. Deplorable. |

Perhaps Harry is right about the distraction and excuses. But it's not either/or. The situation now demands both responses. Yes ban the estate agents, builders etc. But we must also ensure that everyone minimises unnecessary contact. Stay at home!
