The Concrete Quarterly back catalogue is brilliant !
|
Another election website, this one with with weekly predictions: http://electionsetc.com
|
the UK charts archive is superb. But, oh my! Big, bright, Web2.0 with scrolling adverts, and looks like it might not last a long time.
remember everyhit.com? i still love that site. even though it's stopped updating. so simple, so much better. |
The UK charts archive is more a relaunch than a launch. It's been available for a while (I first came across it at the beginning of last year); the previous format was a lot clunkier and harder to navigate.

Well this lot should keep me busy!
|
Wow, how weird is that! I was thinking of that Spanish film just the other day (and I'm certain I hadn't seen or read anything to make it come to mind).
|
Oh, wow:
CQ 1947 LCC flats in Minerva Street. Still there, just been done up-look fab. CQ Winter 1953 Stockwell Bus garage-drool. Those Ordnance Survey Maps-in 1953 Portobello Court Estate looks over to the blank bombsite space that will shortly become Longlands Court. Thanks, DG. A topographer's delight. |
The Winter 98 Concrete Quarterly has a good article on the challenge of building Canada Water station. Shows the ELL opened up the air.
