Wonderful! My favourite contribution to Local History Month to date.
I’m afraid that this adventure might have been preceded by ‘Squeaky Pig and the Industrial Accident’ to explain those... concrete wings?
And pigs might fly.
gorgeous...
Good night squeezy pig!
You cannot be serious !
Liked that!
Why did Squeezy Pig pop up to Neasden for food whilst on a tour of central London tourist attractions?
So is Squeezy Pig a) a foundling b) a treasured possession c) borrowed?
Thanks for making me smile on a do-I-have-to-go-to-work-*again* day.
?????
Ah, brilliant.
I don't care about the scares left after my botched wing implant surgery, said Squeezy Pig, if they want to stare its their problem.
I have to ask is Squeezy Pig any relation to the Flying Pig above Battersea Power station?
Now I feel bad for misnaming Squeezy Pig as well as focusing on the scarring. My apologies, Squeezy Pig.
Thank you DG,I did enjoy following Squeezy Pig's day out.
Could we have another day out soon, please? That has really cheered the start to my day!😂😂🐖🐖
I was intrigued by the Lego and a quick Google shows you seem to have missed it and it's being taken away rather than being set up.

This post reminds me of a certain show I saw at the Camden Fringe recently... Inspiration DG, or coincidence? The Shining carpet reference makes me think the former
This quality content is why I keep coming back day after day.
Thank you DG and squeezy pig :D
Will Squeezy Pig be visiting other big cities?

Perhaps a series of easy-reader books too.
Oh Squeezy Pig definitely needs more days out! Their smile reached right down to the tips of their little pink trotters!
and after many years on BBC4, DG moves over to ITV2
The Neasden Parade isn't necessarily in Neasden.

('But it says 24 Hour Shirt Cleaning outside!?...'
"That's just the name of the shop sir...")
The Neasden Parade is most definitely in Neasden ;)
Cute. But I wonder how Squeezy Pig found such an empty carriage on the Circle line!
That's not the Circle, that's the Hammersmith and City!

I'll show myself out.
A larger photo of Squeezy Pig on his favourite carpet.
Funnily enough, that's one of my favourite London carpets, too!
I did check the location of Neasden Parade before posting :)
What the fk is this?

Bring back the bus bore
Neasden Parade is sadly missed by most visitors to London. Lucky Squeezy Pig!
Squeezy Pig is my new hero.
At last! a DG post that's caught up with the times and become phone friendly :-}

That's my favourite carpet too, which goes up and down my favourite staircases, in one of my favourite places.
More Squeezy Pig please!
Curiosity has led me to ascertain that such squeezy pigs are usually born to be stress relievers - so thanks to DG, Squeezy Pig has done a magnificent job today across the the nation and likely beyond.

Squeezy Pig looks very well worn :-)
Coming soon:-
The Squeezy Pig guide to London in paperback and Kindle versions. To be followed shortly by the app and Squeezy Pigs London Blog.
He'd probably best stay away from Turn ham Green, Gammonsbury, Regents Pork and Bacon Street.
“A Crackling day out”
I wish to object to this representation of a porcine creature in the strongest possible terms. It will undoubtedly cause offence to someone or other and as such it should not be displayed in public in case somebody somewhere gets upset.

Although I am not myself offended, there will doubtless be some who are and I will urge my MP to pass a law that will prosecute anyone who makes such people upset in even the slightest degree.
I hope squeezy pig understood than when tower bridge is open it is closed and when it it is closed it is open.
Don't forget Squeezy Pig's outing to Charlton Athletic with 20,000 little pals.
I too like that carpet in the Festival Hall
Eagerly looking forward to more adventures of Squeezy Pig. At least once a year! Please?
Funny how these things can take off. Many years ago worked with a couple of guys who had an obscure office. They had 'monkey'. On the wall was a map of the UK with several pictures around it of monkey at places he had visited. The world map had a couple of photos.

I offered to take monkey with me to a Harley Davidson rally in Holland, which was agreed, it's first trip not with it's owners.

Then things really took off with many co-workers offering to take monkey all over the world, eventually he had his own appointments diary!

Since retired but would like to think monkey is still travelling.
Brilliant :D. Looking forward to the next adventures of Squeezy Pig.
"and you shall have a bonnet in the Neasden Parade"
I am still worried about Sqeezy Pigs" safety in all those pictures on railings, High above water and concrete, with no safety harness.
Looking forward to seeing Squeezy Pig discovering Battersea Power Station.
