Well, it's certainly not somewhere I'm familiar with. Hertford does have a museum, but not a telephone museum.

Did Milton Keynes have a 'major inter city refreshment stop' fifty years ago? Did MK actually exist as a town 1958?

The refreshment stop was at Wolverton station, a couple of miles north of what is now Milton Keynes Central.
