Never mind the slugs. There are probably over a thousand million million houseflies in the UK.

Same could be said for mice, rabbits, rats and pigeons, looks like species cleansing to me.
About 7 million of those cats seem to visit my garden. |
I suspect pigeons & rats would come out top after humans in a London species population survey.
