I think the 276 will stay the way it is, as when they withdrew the S2 the 276 was routed that way in its place rather then the A12. As for the 339 to whipps cross. What are they thinking its going to be far to long with them little buses. Now if they ran it to leyton asda instead that would be much better. And the new routing to Stratford city is much better then trying to go down the A12 slip road in peak hours.
It is an interesting set of proposals and it is good to see some bus service improvements. There are some gaps in the plans and some simple tweaks could make things better. I shall certainly be sending in some comments.

I am surprised not to see the 276 be rerouted but perhaps it is so busy via Bow that to do so would be counter productive.

I'm not totally convinced by the 339 proposals as I fear the route could simply become unmanageable. If it was to prove popular it may become expensive to raise capacity as bigger buses won't fit parts of the route. You're then faced with extra buses to increase frequency which is costly. This plan seems to have replaced a proposal to extend the W16 from Leytonstone which was mentioned when the new contract was let.

I think the partial shift out of terminating routes at Stratford City is deliberate. TfL need to put the stand at S'fd International into use or else it'll be grabbed for something else. Future phases of expansion will need terminal space so it makes sense to try to establish through services now and then add more terminating ones later. Having to shift routes out later, when usage patterns are established, will be unpopular.
After a fair bit of digging on archive.org, I've tracked down a map of the site pre-closure. I hadn't realised how much of it was just.. empty!

Route 388 is shown as 2-way via Eastway, which will require LB Hackney to introduce the widening of the canal bridge and ths Eastway/Lea Conservancy road signals to create a contraflow bus lane over the bridge. This'll in turn require the northern side footway to be relocated to a new structure.
