One of these is real, isn't it? My money's on the National Hat Museum.
I'd love to read your report of a visit to the Candle Museum.. waxing lyrical about the various displays, whilst explaining how the other attendees got on your wick...

Meanwhile, at the Penge Candle Museum:

"Scented pillar candle - tick ✔️"
The Walthamstow Farm is currently closed due to a raid by the local drugs squad.
You'll be telling us there's a fan museum next.
There is a Hat Museum in Stockport, somewhat distant from London!
'Teaspoons through the ages' Well, that's a must! Can't understand how I missed it!
A couple from Penge ( where the candle museum is ) have spent the last fifteen weeks looking for a Wick) Good luck, Vicky & Geoff!)
You are going to have a lot of website owners wondering why they are getting loads of hits on a particular non-existent page :-)
The Neasden Collection is affiliated with the Teapot Museum near Maidstone.
Shouldn't the Candle Museum be situated in Scotland at Wick?
Damn you, DG! In the Enfield Obelisk you'd given me the perfect thing to do with the kids this afternoon. Hopes dashed.
It's all a bit Private Eye, but in my head the Neasden Museum (was located on the middle of a roundabout accessible by footbridge, but was to be relocated elsewhere - to Willesden Green?) DID have a teaspoon collection....maybe my imagination.....
We need some good conspiracy theories about the real reason behind today's post...
There is a reason for the post, but I am of little brain and can't work it out.

Anyone? Please?
Clicking on the Orpington one sends me to a page o the Royal family......
Never heard of Orpington castle.
Norbiton gardens. Go there right now if not before.
You omitted the national Collection Of Lost Causes.

Probably because it is never too sure of where it belongs.

Love the idea of left-over Henry Moores. Must go there eventually.
Oh you rotter, DG!!!
I'd earmarked at least half a dozen of them as "Places to Visit" before I read the comments!
There is a hat museum in Manchester!
The Enfield Obelisk, it's a real thing but you can't go up it. http://www.enfieldsociety.org.uk/photographs/displayimage.php?album=17&pid=435
The Enfield Obelisk exists (it's on the edge of Trent Park), but by my recollection you need to bring a crane to reach the viewing platform.
Another cruel snub for the Colindale Camera Obscura. I am cancelling my subscription.
Wookey Hole used to be owned by Madam Tussauds : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wookey_Hole_Caves
Nothing to see here. 😆
A404 is Harrow Road...
A Hillingdon Museum is starting to look like a possibility as part of the redevelopment of RAF Uxbridge for housing, at least until the developers decide to claim that the cost will make the whole scheme uneconomic. In the meantime there is a small and rarely changed display in Uxbridge library of a tiny proportion of the borough's artefacts. We live in hope!
Can't believe I fell for that AGAIN :-) ! To be fair, the link names look very genuine.
There is an Enfield Obelisk. In Trent Park: http://www.enfieldsociety.org.uk/photographs/displayimage.php?album=17&pid=435
There are always ways and means of seeing the Obelisk in Enfield: https://vimeo.com/144248103#t=90s
