Yes, that daily pill is a turning point that I passed at age 46. Especially unnerving for someone who has never taken more than an occassional aspirin. And, my parents are happily chugging along at 73 and 74 with no need for a daily pill. Hmmm.

Very glad to hear you're back and functioning again. If you do have trouble actually swallowing tablets, it's a lot easier if you take them with a spoonfool of food, preferably something soft like yoghurt, followed by liquid.
