Always something new to be learned in your blog. Scadbury Manor is close to my old regular route along the A20 Sidcup bypass to visit my bestie. From the long bridge over the river Cray you get glimpses of the park, & I used to idly wonder what it was like.

A Tudor moated manor house - how could I have been so stupid as to miss that, only minutes out of my way? Thanks for the info!
Thank you for compiling the list.
Toni: I saw it this year for the first time since moving to the area 15 years ago. Well worth a visit and bring decent shoes as the park is well worth a tour.

If you go to visit. Use the park entrance on Whitewebbs way (off St. Paul's Wood Hill). It'll be easier to park.
In previous years, the Docklands Greenwich festival used to kick off with a great firework display on the Thames in front of the naval college. Can't see any mention of fireworks this year, sadly.
A fantastic number of virtual events in places outside of London this year - will enable people to see places they could never hope to get to otherwise. Thanks for the link.

But - is there a way of getting a list by county of times and dates of each, other than by laboriously clicking on every entry that comes up on a county search, and writing the details down?
If you're talking Heritage Open Days, then printable lists by county are here.
Yes, well done, I was :) But... on my screen at least, the 'printable lists' don't give details of dates and times, just the name of the attraction.

dg writes: then...no.
