the journey planner maps inbetween the line maps are being done as well, saw one on the Northern Line tonight. |
The enamel maps at Euston Square were already showing the new Circle in mid-November. |
I was on a Circle line train yesterday and noticed that the metal advertising frames were all Circle Line yellow. |
LU don't always put every interchange on the enamwel maps, it depends on where they are - i.e. it would not be logical to travel by Piccadilly Line from Kings Cross to Hammersmith for the Circle Line; rather the passenger should join it directly there for the Inner or Outer Rails, or use the Hammersmith & City Line for the new extended bit to Hammersmith (Met). More on this subject on the link below. http://www.tfl.gov.uk/assets/dow...ard- issue03.pdf The yellow advert frames are in the cars of the prototype refurbishment unit. |
In which case, Kim, why is the link to the Hammersmith & City line mentioned at Hammersmith. It's just as illogical to change at Hammersmith for the H&C as it is for the Circle. Both lines should be mentioned, or neither, but not just one. |
Hmm, perhaps DG they think the Circle doesn't really serve Hammersmith, and I agree. |
