Great read as usual. I get the impression that this is the *statistically* least used station, but it's probably busier than some of its contemporaries.
I guess its exit figures would be along the lines of Mirabeau’s 1,300,000 entries
Did you witness the fire, DG?
Thanks, and fascinating, on how bits of lines are sometimes rejoined together as I have witnessed from my own visits to Paris. It is much more like an underground tram service.

One question. You chose the three least 'busy', however, was there a large gap to the fourth?
Strangely touching that my favourite London blog is thinking of Paris today.
Those old Metro signs are really fantastic, aren't they? I think Frank Pick and co. would have approved.
I wonder how many are original. Well played whomever decided against replacing them with a utilitarian modern equivalent.
I must have contributed to the passenger count here - I used it multiple times on an exchange this summer!
maketh one wonder...if Paris has a DG type-of blogger. in fact, i think every major city ought to have one!
Ooh, my husband had ancestors from Auteuil, around the time of La Revolution! Many of them were wig makers - maybe some were made to don heads that were about to roll!
Hello, I grew up in Auteuil so nice of you to visit. the 16th arrondissement is not at all "nouveau riche", especially not today, but it is wealthy and residential as you point out. It used to be that the 16th arrondissement was posh (NAP stands for Neuilly Auteuil Passy at the time when Chelsea and South Ken were sought after). Now central Paris arrondissements are more renowned for BoBos. Single-digits ones mostly, like the one where the big church that burnt yesterday is sited.

Note : It is "Bois de Boulogne" and "rue d'Auteuil", I assume, typos.

That layout at Mirabeau reminds me a bit of West India Quay on the DLR, with the track from Bank ascending alongside the platforms.
[Question]. Ah, [question].

Should have read the comments here before asking in the other comments thread - so [question].
Thanks for the lovely ongoing vignettes of Paris DG, made relevant for me having slogged around much of it when running the marathon on Sunday.

Did you enjoy your trip?
