Tax cuts, tax cuts, tax cuts, small state, culture war. Almost identikit apart from the face and the logo and small details.
They can steer the Conservative party further and further to the right if they wish, but Conservative MPs are a distilled fraction of Conservative activists, who are a distilled fraction of Conservative party members, who are a distilled fraction of the electorate, and general elections are almost always won in the middle. The absence of the heavyweight MPs kicked out in 2019 is really showing. No David Gauke, or Rory Stewart, or Phil Hammond, or Dominic Grieve.
They are fighting to lead the Conservative party into an election defeat, and the pendulum will eventually swing back.
I hope (for the good of the country, we need at least two electable major parties).

Just remember that the only thing any of them care about is themselves and their (in many cases, gigantic) personal wealth. “World class” anything is just a badge to gull the little people who foolishly still pay taxes.
