I am, thanks for asking.
Got the urge for a weighty slab of bread pudding now.
It might be weighty and cheap, but was the taste any good ?
Kingshill Bakery is certainly pulling its weight. That bath bun from Faversham Market has competition.
It would be a long way for me to go get a piece of bread pudding, but it'll have to be done (and it beats the price of my Deal example by 5 pence!).
Have a nice weekend, I look forward to your reports from the Notting Hill Carnival
Just an excuse to go back to the bakery
Visited Footpath 47 yesterday!
Thanks for checking on Cafe Estrela.

Having been treated to sight of that Belgium bun earlier this week some may consider the lack of a photograph of that splendid slab of bread pudding something of an egregious omission. An excuse, if it were needed, to revisit Kinghill Bakery.
I'm down south but I'm going to trek west to visit this bakery. It'll cost me a small fortune in train fares but if the baked goods cost me £1 each then it sounds like it'll even out
I'm not sure if this is allowed but I'm just on my way back from Kingshill Bakery with a paving slab of bread pudding! I say paving slab because DG wasn't kidding and this thing is heavy. I've stolen a few bites so far and to be honest it's a little drier than I was expecting but will have to reserve full judgment until I can find a cuppa to have with it. They should pay you a commission on the sale, although at £1 per item I'm not sure they'd be able to afford it (seriously, how are they still in business with prices that low)
