Have Russia or China yet expressed a preference between them? Not sure whether they would favour dead-eyed robot Rishi .. or maybe the stumbling incompetence of Truss is merely an act.
I fear it isn't, and we'll be saddled with the Pound Shop Thatcher-lite til the Tories realise what they have done.
