Uh, you can't say NOBODY ever visits Eastbourne in Feb, for a start you did. The husband and I went in January, and a healthy long walk we had too, chilly, but sunny. Parking is free this time of year, and the loos are open. There is a lovely 'artdeco' ice cream parlour on the sea-front where you can have coffee and ice-cream, looking out to sea. Great.
